    Midnight$10-20/trip or $10/hour from 11pm to 7am
    Boarding vehicle after 2245hrs would incur this surcharge.
    Arrival Meeting Service
    		$10-$20 for accepting guest with a signage from airport/cruise terminal arrival hall.
    Without this service, driver will monitor flight & reach coach stand 30mins after landing & call/sms booking party.
    (Optional only for pax with local contact number.)
    Long distance
    		$10-$20 for non-typical longer trips.
    eg. Central/South/East: Clementi to Airport. Central to Changi Village. To/From Sentosa.
    eg. West/North: Jurong West to Airport. To/From Tuas/Jurong Island.
    Delay charges1 trip charge after free wait of:
  • 1 hr from plane touchdown / cruiser berth time
  • Or after 15 mins from booking start time for all other transfers

    Terms and Conditions

  • Confirmation
    • All bookings are not confirmed until you receive a call from one of our transporters.
    • Please ensure you see the order confirmed with the transporter's company & contact name when you verify your order online from top left corner "View my bookings".
  • Changes & cancellation policy
    • After confirmation, for any changes, please call transporter latest by 3pm SGT 1 day prior to booking.
    • For date/timing changes or cancellations made after 3pm 1 day prior to order, 50% of original order charges will apply.
    • All date/timing changes or cancellations within 3 hours prior to order start time will incur full charge.
    • For bookings of total more than SGD $500, any cancellation after confirmation would incur a 10% admin fee.
    • For bookings which require prepayment (eg. Limobus booking or general peak season booking), only 50% is refundable after confirmation with payment.
    • eBustop reserves right to reject any new booking or cancel any confirmed booking with at least 24 hours notice. Date or time change by pax would be considered as a new booking in this case.

  • Waiting time
    • For every transfer booking, vehicle will wait max 15 mins. After which, pax will have to top up $15 for every additional 15 mins of waiting or part thereof. Original trip amount will still be payable.
    • For airport/cruise arrival transfer
      • with meeting service, driver will monitor flight/cruise & reach arrival hall 15 mins after confirmed ETA, and wait for another 45 mins without any extra charges.
      • without meeting service, driver will monitor flight/cruise & reach coach stand 30 mins after confirmed ETA, and wait for another 30 mins without any extra charges.
  • Hourly booking extension
    • Extension in excess of 10mins would be counted as half hour extension.
    • Extension in excess of 30mins would be counted as 1 hour extension.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle & preventing damage
    • No eating or drinking is allowed on board vehicles.
    • For any special cleaning of vehicle required by professional cleaners, the cost will be passed onto customer.
    • No boxes or big suitcases are allowed on seats, to prevent any damage. Any damage incurred will be borne by customer.
  • Replacement of vehicles.
    • eBustop reserves right to provide FOC upgrade of vehicle without any prior notice.
    • In event of unavailability of single vehicle with required capacity, eBustop reserves right to replace with multiple vehicles with similar or more total capacity, without any prior notice.
    • For special & limited vehicles such as LimoBus, during any unforeseen unavailability, a similar or larger capacity vehicle will be deployed at the prevailing pricing of the replacement vehicle,
      but not more than the price of the vehicle to be replaced. eBustop is unable to accept any further liability.
  • Stoppage of services.
    • eBustop reserves right to stop services of a vehicle at its discretion without any notice when driver safety or vehicle maintenance have a chance of being compromised.
